Mini pool with hot springs water. Cabin location away from party noise. Excellent Bacon Cheeseburger at Chiosco bar. Friendly and helpful staff at welcoming desk

The pools and surrounding area were well maintained and offered a pleasant view of the valley. the hot springs mini pool was a nice getaway and the staff at the welcoming desk were friendly.
The shower in the room was barely functional with a trickle of water. the breakfast only offered pastries, fruit, yogurt and coffee, leaving limited options for those with dietary restrictions.

During my Christmas stay, the two pools and waterfall areas were clean and well-maintained. The warm water made it a great place for a dip. , the location provided great views of the scenery and forest which was perfect for hiking. Lastly, the staff was very welcoming and responsive which made our stay much more pleasant.
The rooms were too small and cramped, and the shower was barely powerful enough to rinse my body. Breakfast was basic and limited with no protein options, not even cold cut meats and cheeses.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The cabin I stayed in was far enough from the party noise, and the mini pool with the hot springs water was a perfect getaway spot. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful in answering all my questions. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger at the Chiosco bar, and it was excellent. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the hotel was good, with views of the valley and surrounded by trees. the rooms were pleasantly decorated and the pools well-maintained. the mini pool with the hot springs water was a nice touch.
The breakfast was unimpressive and lacked variety.
